We do not accept any returns on jewelry.

In the event of a broken or defective item, please email mmmeacham21@gmail.com and we can discuss further options. MMM Products is not responsible for not properly caring for jewelry or for improper use or mishaps. MMM Products has the right to refuse any repairs.

We are not responsible for any items that are ordered incorrectly.

ABSOLUTELY NO refunds/returns on custom or made to order items. NO EXCEPTIONS 

If you are not happy with a custom order please email mmmeacham21@gmail.com with order number and reasons for not being satisfied. We will work with you to try and satisfy all parties.
